Bonaire is a Caribbean island east of Central America and north of Venezuela. It is a flat, riverless island renowned for its dive spots. Its tropical climate is moderated by constant trade winds from the Atlantic Ocean. The temperature is almost constant at about 27 degrees Celsius (81 degrees Fahrenheit).

Bonaire has the reputation of being laid back, slower paced and very tranquil. This all is quite true, but on the island you can find also a lively nightlife, places to visit and good restaurants.

Bonaire's reefs and diverse marine life are unique to the Caribbean. Because the waters around Bonaire have been protected by marine park for the past 25 years, Bonaire today ranks amongst the top diving destinations in the world. The island's location in the south Caribbean gives it an dry climate with little rain fall. The waters are clear of silt, calm, and dive conditions are exelent all year round.
